How could I have missed this blog? Your trip looks like such fun. I know I would have enjoyed it. Perhaps we should plan a trip through the Panama Canal. The cooking class looks interesting. Have you cooked anything for your family that you learned to prepare? The Liberty of the Seas looks like a beautiful ship.
