Half of the garden is planted in red potatoes and the other half is yellow and zucchini squash.
The potatoes should be ready for harvesting when Rebecca and Mary arrive from Utah.
The squash fruit is beginning to form. I am hoping that these plants do not get the same fungus I had last fall. I did not use a fungicide but I am hoping the freeze and planting in a different quadrant will solve the problem.
This crookneck squash look fabulous! Shall we dust it with cornmeal and fry it in oil? How will we cook the potatoes? I am so excited for homegrown vegetables. Your garden looks beautiful!
