I don't know how "green" you are, but as for me, I have no problem using chemicals to destroy such things. There are chemicals that are safe to use on vegetables. You could also pick the tomatoes when they are green and allow them to ripen off the vine. Probably not as delicious, but at least edible. Look at me....always full at advice....especially at 10:00 at night. I think your vines look beautiful! You could also call your local agricultural extension and discuss the problem with them.

I have a new tip for you.....I was reading gardening tips and this person suggested spraying weeds in the garden with vinegar. Perhaps that would work on black scab. It's worth a try.
