The Good and the Bad
Let me start with the good. Today Carl and I celebrated our 42nd wedding anniversary. Carl is kind, thoughtful, loyal and a wonderful husband and dad. I love you Carl. This is a picture that hangs in our house today and was taken in 1970 shortly after Carl returned from Thailand. Helmut was about six months old.
Now for the bad. BYU lost to Florida.
Debbie brought the BYU blue candy.
We started the game in the kitchen with pizza.
Sarah, Parker and Debbie watching the game from our bed. They later moved to the studio.
Sam and Parker were enjoying the game from the pool. They were the first swimmers of the season.
The teenagers watched the game together minus Jordan who was at an orchestra competition in Dallas.
